Description: A blue, three-storey townhouse which has seen better days, and is being restored and renovated by its new owner. The front screen door's wrought iron is rainbow-coloured, and the path leading from the street to both front door and the garden gate is a mosaic of stone with little bursts of flowers in the pattern. Inside, the style will be a combined industrial/shabby chic one with lots of colour and whimsy and salvaged, repurposed items. The small garden will 'match' (so far as anything does) Splendid's creative use of colour and styles, and contain many plants. A ladder will reach the second floor patio from the garden.
The ground floor is made up of a front parlour-turned-music room, a small bathroom, a spare bedroom, and a combined utilities and sunroom. Second floor is an open plan living space, the dining space overlooking the back patio, then the kitchen, then a large family space with a wood stove in the fireplace. The third floor contains the master bedroom with en-suite, another bathroom, Sprout's nursery room and another spare room being used as an office.
